Road Trip from Purulia to Ranchi

Road Route from Purulia to Ranchi

The driving distance between Purulia to Ranchi is about 122 KM and it takes about 3 – 4 hours to reach Ranchi from Purulia. The journey starts from Main Road Purulia when you head towards west to get onto Ranchi Road.  You will continue on the Ranchi Road. After 400 M you will pass by a photo lab, Rangoli Photo Lab that will be on the left side of the road. You will have to take a right turn when you reach Raghav Fashion Limited so that you keep driving on the Ranchi Road. You will get Zilla Swasthya Bhavan on the right side of the road. You will keep on driving on National Highway No. 32 and will pass by Maa Bhageshwari Temple located on the left side of the road. You will keep driving on this road for about 15 KM and then you will get onto State Highway 4A. You will now pass by Axis Bank that will fall in the right side of the road.


You will continue driving on the Ranchi – Purulia Road and will get a petrol pump after covering 1.3 KM. You will have to keep driving on the right side to remain on the Ranchi - Purulia Road and then you will get Bharat Petrol Pump on the right side of the road. Keep on driving on this road and then you will drive along ESI Corporation Model Hospital that is located on the right side of the road. When you reach the roundabout, you will have to take 1st exit to get onto National Highway 33. You will get Maa Clinic on the left side of the road at a distance of 1 KM.

Now it is time to take left turn. After taking the left turn you will get onto Hazaribagh Road or Paramhansa Yogananda Path. Now you will get BP Petrol Pump on the right side of the road. Take a right turn to get Station Road and you will pass by a temple of Panchmukhi Lord Hanuman. You will have to take another left turn and you will get Food Corporation of India Godown on the right side. You will take one left turn after a kilometer and then take another left turn after another 400 M. Very soon you will have to take a right turn and you will reach your destination.
